Longevity and regenerative medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Age on your own terms

We are a local, woman-owned, clinician-led clinic in Ann Arbor. We use real lab work, careful medicine, and regenerative treatments to help you feel like yourself again, and stay that way.

Our story

Why ARBOUR exists

Our founder spent more than thirteen years in hospitals.

She saw how much good that system does, and she also saw where it runs out of room. A standard visit is built to rule out disease. It is short by design. Lab reference ranges are drawn from large populations, not from you.

So a person can be tired, foggy, sleeping badly, and gaining weight, and still land inside normal.

Nothing is wrong enough to treat. Nothing is right enough to live with.

ARBOUR was built for that gap.

That gap is not a women's problem and it is not a men's problem. It is both. Hormone shifts, low drive, slow recovery, sleep that stopped working, weight that will not move, and the parts of intimacy nobody wants to raise first all take time to unpack. Time is what a short visit does not have. We built our visits around that, and we start from the position that you are not exaggerating.

We do not wait for disease before we pay attention. We listen first. We measure what is actually happening inside your body. Then we build a plan around the person in front of us, and we adjust it as your numbers and your life change.

What we hold to

Four things we hold to

Test, do not guess.

Every plan starts with your history and your labs. If we cannot see it, we do not treat it.

One person, one plan.

No standard packages. Two patients with the same complaint often need two different protocols, because they are two different people.

Safety sets the pace.

There are treatments we will delay and patients we will turn away. That is the reason our patients trust what we do say yes to.

Straight answers.

If a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you, even when it costs us the sale. You should leave a consultation knowing more, not owing more.

Care we offer

Three sides of the same work

Hormones, sexual health, and skin are not separate departments here. They run on the same biology, and we treat them from one plan.

Hormones and longevity

Hormone therapy for men and women, including bioidentical protocols. Peptide therapy. Weight management. IV therapy. Lab-based longevity planning with monitoring over time.

The foundation, and for most patients where we start.

Sexual health

The P-Shot and the O-Shot, plus treatment for hormone-related changes in desire, function, and comfort, for men and women.

Treated as medicine, and treated in full.

Skin and aesthetics

Arbour Facial Glow, Plexr Shower, the Rockstar Treatment, Glass Lift, CAT Resurfacing, Plexrplasty for the eyelids and neck, Botox, and the Vampire Facial.

Clinician-performed, and planned alongside your labs rather than separately from them.

Why we treat sexual health differently

Low desire, difficulty with function, discomfort, and loss of sensation usually have more than one cause. Hormones are one. Sleep, stress, mood, blood flow, and the side effects of medications you are already taking are others.

Most clinics can offer you the procedure. Gandhi's psychiatric-mental health certification sits alongside her hormone training, which means the conversation does not have to stop at a prescription. We look at the whole picture, we tell you plainly which part we can help with, and we say so when part of it belongs with someone else.

You will not have to raise it twice, and nobody here will be uncomfortable talking about it.

Skin is often the first place a hormone change shows. Treating it without looking at the rest is treating half the problem.

Independent

Local, independent, and staying that way

ARBOUR is not a franchise and not a national subscription. We are one clinic on Packard Street, owned by the woman who treats you.

That has practical effects on your care. You see the same clinician at every visit, so nobody starts your history over. Decisions about your plan get made in this building, by the person making them with you. When you call, you reach us.

Ann Arbor is where we live and where our patients live. In a town this size, our reputation is the only marketing that really counts, and we treat it that way.

The practice

Who you will actually see

Gandhi Bhattarai, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, founder and lead clinician at ARBOUR Longevity in Ann Arbor

Gandhi Bhattarai

Founder and lead clinician

Gandhi is triple board-certified, and the path was not an accident.

She started in family medicine, where she learned the whole body. She added psychiatric mental health certification, because sleep, mood, focus, and stress are not separate from hormones, they are part of the same system. Then she moved into functional and longevity medicine, where the goal shifts from managing illness to protecting how well you live.

Before opening ARBOUR, she spent over thirteen years in hospital-based care. That experience shapes how this clinic runs. Charts are read closely. Contraindications are taken seriously. Labs are ordered before treatments are sold.

“You are the one who has to live in your body, so you should understand your own plan well enough to explain it to someone else. My job is to bring the testing and the judgment, tell you plainly what I find, and adjust as we learn. The decisions are yours.”

ACE-Certified Health Coach

Co-founder

Dominic was a patient at ARBOUR before he ever worked here. He knows what it feels like to sit on the other side of the room.

He is not the clinician. He does not diagnose, prescribe, or read your labs. What he does is help you carry the plan into a real week: the sleep, the food, the training, the small habits that decide whether a protocol works.

“The clinician handles the medicine. From my side of the room, I help you live it.”

In our own words

Why we work here

Two short videos. No script, no claims, just what the work is actually like from the inside.

The method

Measure. Treat. Adjust.

That is our whole method, and it is the part most clinics skip. Anyone can start a treatment. The work is in adjusting it. Here is what your first month looks like.

01

Consultation

A 45 minute visit. We go through your history, your symptoms, and your goals. We order the labs that fit your case.

We are gathering facts, not selling. Nothing is decided today.

02

Your plan

Your results come back. We build a written protocol for you and explain what each part is for.

You should understand your own plan well enough to explain it to someone else.

03

Results review

About two weeks later, we sit down with your numbers together and adjust from there.

Care is a loop, not a purchase. This is where the real work starts.

Who we care for

People who usually find us

We treat men and women. Our men's practice is not a side offering, it is a full part of the clinic.

If you did not see yourself on this list, that is fine. Come talk to us anyway.

Our limits

Where we draw the line

A clinic is defined as much by what it refuses as by what it offers.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does ARBOUR treat men?

Yes. Men's hormone therapy, peptide protocols, sexual wellness, weight management, and recovery are a core part of the practice, not a side offering. Roughly as many of our treatment plans are built for men as for women.

Who is Gandhi Bhattarai?

Gandhi Bhattarai is the founder and lead clinician of ARBOUR Longevity in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is triple board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. She practiced in hospital-based care for over thirteen years before founding the clinic, and holds advanced procedural training including CMA licensure for the P-Shot and O-Shot and registration in Plexrplasty.

Do you treat sexual health concerns?

Yes, for men and women, and it is a core part of the practice rather than an add-on. We offer the P-Shot and the O-Shot, and we treat hormone-related changes in desire, function, and comfort. Because our lead clinician is also board-certified in psychiatric-mental health, the assessment covers hormones, sleep, stress, and the side effects of medications you may already be taking, rather than stopping at a single procedure.

Is ARBOUR a medical clinic or a med spa?

A medical clinic. Every plan is built by a licensed clinician, starts with your history and lab work, and is monitored and adjusted over time. Aesthetic treatments are offered inside that medical framework rather than separately from it.

Will I see the same clinician every visit?

Yes. ARBOUR is a single-clinician practice by design. Hormone and peptide protocols depend on someone remembering your last panel and how you responded to it.

Do I need lab work before treatment?

For hormone, peptide, and longevity care, yes. We do not start those protocols without seeing your numbers first. Some aesthetic and IV services do not require labs, and we will tell you clearly which category your request falls into.

Do you take insurance?

ARBOUR is a cash-pay clinic, which is what allows for longer visits and a plan built around you rather than around a billing code. We accept HSA and FSA, and offer financing through Klarna and Affirm.

Where is ARBOUR located?

2217 Packard St #15, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. We see patients from Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Plymouth, and across Washtenaw County. Hours are Thursday through Monday, 10am to 7pm, by appointment.

What happens at the first visit?

A 45 minute consultation. We review your history, symptoms, and goals, and order the labs that fit your case. Nothing is prescribed or purchased that day. Your plan is built once your results come back.
