Topical Growth Factors. Applied When Skin Is Most Receptive.

After microneedling, Plexr, CAT Resurfacing, a PRP facial or PDO threads, the skin surface is primed to absorb what is applied to it. Arbour Longevity finishes these procedures with a topical growth-factor serum and PDRN (polynucleotide) skincare: professional-grade products applied to the skin surface to support a comfortable recovery and a smooth, even result. They are applied to the skin only and are never injected.

What Makes This Step Different

Beyond the Procedure. Support for the Recovery.

PRP concentrates growth factors from your own blood. Peptides signal specific biological pathways. Collagen stimulators trigger the fibroblast response. All of these are powerful tools, and Arbour Longevity uses them all.

Topical skincare works at the surface, where the procedure has just done its work. A growth-factor serum supplies a blend of signaling proteins to skin that has just been resurfaced or microneedled. PDRN, a polynucleotide fraction derived from purified salmon DNA, is widely used in professional skincare to support hydration and a calm, even recovery. Neither product is injected, and neither replaces the procedure itself; they are the finishing step that supports what the procedure has started.

When applied topically during procedures that open microchannels, microneedling, Plexr Plus Shower, CAT Resurfacing, Glass Lift, Plexrplasty, or RF treatments, the serum and PDRN skincare are applied to skin that is temporarily more permeable than usual, so the products sit where the healing response is already underway. The aim is a more comfortable recovery and a smoother, more even result than the procedure alone.

Growth-Factor Serum & PDRN at Arbour Longevity

Five Protocols. Every Zone Where Post-Procedure Skin Needs Support.

Facial · Skin Quality

Microneedling + Growth-Factor Serum

Texture. Tone. Luminosity. The skin quality that no single ingredient achieves alone.

Applied at the end of a microneedling session, the growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare are worked into freshly treated skin while it is most receptive. The microneedling result then develops over the following weeks: improved texture, softer fine lines, more even tone, and a calmer, brighter recovery than microneedling alone.

Pairs with: Microneedling · RF microneedling · PRP facial (Vampire Facial®) · PDO threads

Recovery · Enhancement

Post-Procedure Recovery Skincare

Better results. Shorter recovery. Applied after every major Arbour Longevity procedure.

Applied immediately after CAT Resurfacing, Plexr Plus Shower, Glass Lift, Plexrplasty, deep peels, or RF microneedling, the growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare go onto skin that has just been treated, supporting a comfortable, even healing period and the quality of the skin that forms as it recovers.

Pairs with: CAT Resurfacing · Plexr Plus Shower · Glass Lift · Plexrplasty · RF Microneedling · Deep Peels

Combined Regenerative

PRP + Topical Serum

Your own platelets by injection, plus a topical growth-factor finish. PRP and skincare, each doing its own job.

PRP, injected by your clinician, initiates the platelet-derived healing cascade in the dermis. The growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare are then applied to the skin surface, where the treated skin is most receptive. Together they cover both parts of the session: the injected step from PRP, the surface step from skincare. Your clinician decides whether the combination fits your procedure.

Available with: Vampire Facial® · Aesthetic PRP · PRP facial with microneedling

Body · Skin Quality

Body Skin Renewal

Collagen signaling where the body's skin has thinned, loosened, and lost its regenerative response.

Applied during body microneedling to arms, décolleté, abdomen, and thighs, the growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare finish the treatment on body skin that has thinned and lost elasticity. The goal is improved texture and skin quality alongside the microneedling result, with a calmer recovery.

Pairs with: Body microneedling

Regenerative Medicine

Advanced Regenerative Therapy

Advanced regenerative programs for musculoskeletal health, for qualifying patients, by consultation only.

At Arbour Longevity, regenerative medicine extends beyond aesthetics. For joint pain, tendon injury and musculoskeletal concerns we use platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections — prepared from your own blood and delivered directly to the affected area — alongside peptide protocols and other clinician-supervised regenerative therapies. Programs are individualized for qualifying patients following clinical assessment. The topical growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare are skin products only and are not part of joint or musculoskeletal treatment.

Topical Serum vs. PRP

Two Powerful Tools. Different Mechanisms. Often Better Together.

Growth-Factor Serum & PDRN

Professional skincare formulations · same products every session
Growth-factor serum plus PDRN (polynucleotide) skincare
Applied to the skin surface only. Never injected.
Standardized, not dependent on your platelet count or age.
Applied topically through microchannels during procedures
Supports a comfortable, even recovery in the days after treatment
Used after Plexr, microneedling, PRP facial and PDO threads

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

Autologous, from your own blood, inherently biocompatible.
Concentrated platelets, typically 3–5× normal blood growth factor levels.
Two decades of clinical evidence across multiple indications
Variable concentration, depends on individual platelet count.
Can be injected, FDA-recognized devices for cosmetic use.
Immediate platelet-initiated healing cascade
CMA-licensed at Arbour Longevity · Vampire Facial® and Vampire Facelift®

Arbour Longevity Approach to Post-Procedure Skincare

Many Arbour Longevity patients receive both in the same session: PRP for its autologous, clinically established growth factor delivery by injection, and the topical growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare applied to the skin surface afterward. Each step has a distinct role, and your clinician decides which combination fits your procedure, skin, and recovery goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Patients Ask About Post-Procedure Skincare at Arbour Longevity.

What is the growth-factor serum and how is it used?
+
-

The growth-factor serum is a professional-grade topical product containing a blend of signaling proteins. It is applied to the skin surface during or immediately after procedures like microneedling, Plexr Plus Shower, CAT Resurfacing, and Glass Lift, when treated skin is temporarily more permeable and most receptive to what is applied. It is used topically only and is never injected. It does not replace the procedure; it supports the recovery that follows it.

What is the difference between the topical serum and PRP?
+
-

PRP uses growth factors concentrated from your own blood, injected by your clinician into the dermis: autologous, natural, and well-established. The growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare are applied to the skin surface after the procedure. They are different steps with different roles. PRP requires a blood draw and is injected; the topical products are not. The two are often combined in a single session at Arbour Longevity.

What is PDRN skincare?
+
-

PDRN (polynucleotide) skincare uses purified DNA fragments, typically derived from salmon, that are widely used in professional skincare formulations to support hydration and a calm, even recovery after in-office procedures. At Arbour Longevity it is applied to the skin surface only, after microneedling, Plexr, CAT Resurfacing, PRP facial and PDO thread treatments. It is used as a topical skincare product and is not injected. Your clinician explains at consultation where it fits in your protocol.

What results can I expect?
+
-

Results come primarily from the procedure itself: microneedling, Plexr Plus, CAT Resurfacing, or PRP. The topical growth-factor serum and PDRN skincare are a finishing step intended to support a comfortable, even recovery and good skin quality as the treatment result develops over the following weeks. Individual outcomes vary and are discussed at consultation.

Who is an ideal candidate?
+
-

Post-procedure skincare at Arbour Longevity is appropriate for most patients having microneedling, Plexr Plus, CAT Resurfacing, a PRP facial, or PDO threads who want to support their recovery and result. It is applied to the skin only; it is not used for joints and is not a scalp injection. Candidacy and protocol design are discussed at consultation.
