Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide have not been reviewed or approved by FDA: FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is FDA-approved as Vyleesi® for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women and is prescribed only for that indication. We do not prescribe peptides that are not components of FDA-approved drugs. At Arbour Longevity, we disclose the regulatory status of every medication in full at consultation, and you'll complete written informed consent before any protocol begins.
