How we write and review our articles

Every article on arbourlongevity.com is written to help you understand your options, not to sell you a treatment. Here is how we hold ourselves to that.

Who writes our articles

Articles are written by Gandhi Bhattarai, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine BC, a triple board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Arbour Longevity in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She sees the patients these articles are written for, and the articles come out of that clinical work.

How we source

How we review

Every clinical article carries the reviewer's name and the date of the last review. We re-review when guidance changes, when a product is approved, withdrawn or restricted, and at least once a year. We label anything investigational or off-label as such.

What we will not do

Reading level

We write for an 8th to 10th grade reading level and define clinical terms the first time we use them, so you can understand your care without a medical dictionary. We keep the clinical terms because you will see them on your labs and in your treatment plan.

Corrections

If you see an error, email info@arbourlongevity.com. We correct factual errors promptly and note the change on the article.

Not medical advice

Articles are educational and do not replace an individual consultation. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided together at your visit. Book a $35 first visit or call (734) 436-3357.
