Hormone work is what this practice is built around rather than a side offering, and Dexter patients are a regular part of our week. A first appointment here is an hour, and the testing goes wider than a standard panel. Most people who come to us have already tried a standard panel and a ten-minute appointment and found it did not get them very far.
What we do differently is not complicated. We run a fuller set of labs, we spend a proper first appointment on your history, and the person who reviews your results is the same person who prescribes and follows up. There is no handoff and no rotating provider.

The first appointment is $35 and it is a real consultation, not a sales meeting. We go through your history, your symptoms in your own words, and anything you have already had tested. If lab work makes sense, we order it and explain what each marker is for.
You leave with a plan you understand. Nothing is prescribed on a first visit before results are back, and we will tell you plainly if we think the answer is not something we sell.
Arbour Longevity is owned and run by Gandhi Bhattarai, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine BC. She is triple board certified in family practice, psychiatric mental health, and anti-aging and functional medicine.

No. The first visit and any procedure are in person, but follow-ups can usually be done by telehealth. Lab draws can often be arranged closer to home.
