Milan sits on a county line, and healthcare shows it

Milan residents get pulled two directions for care: north to Ann Arbor or south towards Monroe and Toledo. The people who come north to us are usually after the same two things — lab work that explains what is going on, and an appointment long enough to talk it through.

Medical weight loss is the main work here rather than a side offering, and we see patients from Milan regularly.

What the program actually involves

A first consultation and history. Metabolic and hormone lab work, because insulin resistance, thyroid function and sex hormones all sit underneath weight. A plan built from those results, which may or may not include prescription therapy. Then regular reviews to adjust.

We will also say plainly when the amount of change you are looking for sits beyond what medication delivers.

How the first visit works

The first appointment is $35. We go through your history, what you have already tried, and anything you have had tested. If labs make sense we order them and explain what each one is for. Nothing is prescribed before results are back.

Who provides your care

Arbour Longevity is owned and run by Gandhi Bhattarai, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine BC. You see the owner of the practice, and the person who reads your labs is the one who writes your plan.

What it costs

We publish our prices. Most clinics in this area do not — you have to book a consultation to find out what you would be paying. We would rather you knew before you drove here.

$299
per month
2.5–5 mg
Starting and early titration doses. Where most patients begin.
$450
per month
5–7.5 mg
Mid-range therapeutic dosing as tolerance builds.
$599
per month
7.5 mg and above
Higher therapeutic dosing for patients who need it.

The medication is included in the monthly fee.

That matters more than the headline number. There is nothing to add on here — the figure above is what you pay, and the medication is part of it rather than a separate bill.

Your first visit is $35, and it is applied toward your treatment plan. HSA and FSA funds are accepted.

What usually happens next

Most people arrive for weight loss and end up asking about something else. Weight, hormones and metabolism get looked at together here — by one triple board-certified clinician, in one appointment, rather than by three different people in three — so if your labs point somewhere beyond the medication, we can tell you and you can decide what you want to do about it. Nothing is added to your plan that you have not asked for.

What you are actually paying for

There are cheaper GLP-1 programs than ours. Here is what is included in the price we charge, so you can compare like for like.

A clinician, in a room, who knows your history

Prescribed and managed by Gandhi Bhattarai, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC — triple board certified, and the owner of the practice. Not a form you fill in, not a prescriber you never meet, not a different person each time.

Labs before anything is prescribed

Comprehensive metabolic panel, hormone levels, thyroid, inflammation markers and insulin resistance indicators. Then a lab review at six to twelve weeks, with the protocol adjusted to what your results actually show rather than to a fixed schedule.

Health coaching, included

An in-house certified health coach, clinician-led lifestyle counseling and dietitian referral coordination are part of the program, not an upsell. The medication changes appetite. Coaching is what determines whether the change holds once the medication stops.

Medication from a pharmacy that purity-tests its product

We know where what we prescribe comes from and we can tell you. Ask any provider the same question — who is supervising this, and where does the medication come from. The answers vary more than people expect.

What you are paying for here is the examination, the lab work, the coaching and a named clinician who is accountable for the outcome. Whether that is worth the difference is a reasonable thing to weigh up. It should just be a choice you make knowingly rather than one you discover later.
