Plexr Pricing at Arbour Longevity
Plexr treatment costs vary depending on the area and complexity:
| Treatment Area | Estimated Price Range |
|---|---|
| Upper eyelids (both) | $800 - $1,500 |
| Lower eyelids (both) | $800 - $1,500 |
| Upper and lower eyelids | $1,500 - $2,500 |
| Crow's feet | $500 - $1,000 |
| Upper lip lines | $400 - $800 |
| Neck tightening | $1,000 - $2,000 |
| Scar treatment (per session) | $300 - $800 |
Compared to surgical blepharoplasty, which typically costs $3,000 to $6,000 or more in Michigan, Plexr offers significant cost savings along with minimal downtime and no surgical risks.
What Drives Your Number Up or Down
Two people can book the same treatment area and receive different quotes. Five variables account for almost all of the difference:
- Surface area treated. Plasma is delivered as a grid of individual points. A larger or more densely treated area takes more device time, and price follows time.
- Depth and protocol intensity. A superficial, zero-downtime refresh is priced differently from a deeper dot-based lift on the eyelid. Intensity, not just location, sets the band.
- Number of sessions your skin needs. Mild laxity often resolves in one well-planned session. Deeper texture change, scars and stretch marks are staged.
- Whether areas are combined in one visit. Treating upper and lower eyelids together is priced as a combined area ($1,500 - $2,500) rather than two separate treatments, because it is one setup, one numbing period and one recovery.
- Whether you are maintaining or correcting. Maintenance sessions on already-treated skin are lighter and shorter than the initial correction.
How a Full Course Is Priced, Visit by Visit
Most people want to know the total, not the per-session figure. Here is how a course typically assembles.
Visit 1: Consultation, $35
Your first visit is $35, and the fee is applied toward your treatment. You get a photo-documented skin assessment, a Fitzpatrick and healing-history review, a protocol recommendation, and a written plan with the price attached before you commit to anything. If Plexr is not the right treatment for you, you will be told so at this visit.
Visit 2: The corrective session
This is the session that does the structural work and carries the main cost from the table above. For eyelids that is a single planned session for most patients. For scars and stretch marks, expect the first of two to four.
Visit 3 and beyond: Refinement
Refinement sessions are booked 8 to 12 weeks apart so the full result of each session can develop first. Not everyone needs one. When a second session is recommended for the eyelids, it is planned at the 8 to 12 week mark rather than sold up front.
Ongoing: Maintenance
Natural aging continues after treatment, so results are held rather than frozen. Many patients maintain with a lighter plasma session on a planned cadence. Our Gold membership ($399/month) includes a monthly Plexr Shower session (retail $600) with a topical exosome add-on at a discounted member rate, which is usually the lowest cost-per-session route for anyone planning to treat regularly.
Where Branded Protocol Pricing Sits
Alongside the per-area pricing above, Arbour Longevity publishes flat pricing for its branded plasma protocols. Plasma Soft Surgery starts from $600 per session:
- Rockstar Treatment (plasma with topical exosomes, zero downtime): $750/session
- GlassLIFT (flagship ERA protocol): $1,100/session
- Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty: $1,999/session
- CAT Resurfacing (full face): $1,999/session
Exosomes used in these protocols are applied topically only and are never injected. They are investigational Phase 2 research preparations used to support the skin's own recovery, not a cure for any condition.
Which of these fits you is a clinical decision, not a budget decision. We break the choice down in which Plexr plasma protocol is right for you. For more on GlassLIFT, see our guide to GlassLIFT.
Cost Compared With the Alternatives
| Option | Typical investment | What you also spend |
|---|---|---|
| Plexr eyelid treatment | $800 - $2,500 depending on area | 5-7 days of visible crusting, no time under anesthesia |
| Surgical blepharoplasty (Michigan) | $3,000 - $6,000 or more | 2-4 weeks of recovery, anesthesia and facility fees |
| Consumer plasma pen (unregulated) | Low up-front | No clinical validation, no standardized protocol, correction costs |
The cheapest plasma treatment is almost never the least expensive one. Correction of a poorly delivered plasma result costs more than doing it once on a cleared, medical-grade device.
Is the Investment Supported by Evidence?
Price only means something if the treatment works. According to PubMed, published research in Skin Research and Technology evaluated plasma radiofrequency ablation for non-surgical blepharoplasty and found that treatments were well tolerated by all patients with no adverse effects and optimal aesthetic results, concluding that plasma energy devices could offer an effective alternative to surgical procedures for aesthetic treatment of the eyelids (Baroni, 2019; PMID 31535742).
A 2025 prospective clinical trial published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reported that microplasma treatment for upper eyelid dermatochalasis produced statistically significant improvement in both the Dermatochalasis Scale and Global Aesthetics Improvement Scale, with no serious adverse events reported (Hsu, 2025).
Also according to PubMed, a review of plasma skin regeneration in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology found on histology that plasma treatment drives continued collagen production, reduction of elastosis and progressive skin rejuvenation beyond one year after treatment, with an excellent safety profile (Foster, Moy & Fincher, 2008; PMID 18789051). That durability is the reason the cost-per-year of a plasma result compares favourably with treatments that need topping up every few months.

Frequently Asked Questions About Plexr Cost
Why is there a price range rather than one price?
Because the area treated, the density of the plasma grid and the intensity of the protocol all vary by person. The range published above is the honest band; your exact figure is confirmed in writing at your $35 consultation before any treatment begins.
Is Plexr cheaper than surgery overall?
For mild to moderate eyelid hooding, yes, and by a meaningful margin. Surgical blepharoplasty in Michigan typically runs $3,000 to $6,000 or more before anesthesia and facility costs, with 2 to 4 weeks of recovery. Plexr eyelid treatment sits between $800 and $2,500 depending on area, with 5 to 7 days of visible crusting.
Do I pay for the whole course up front?
No. Sessions are booked and paid as they are performed, spaced 8 to 12 weeks apart so each result can develop first. If you plan on ongoing maintenance, the Gold membership at $399/month is usually the more economical structure.
Is the $35 consultation fee refunded?
It is applied toward the cost of your treatment, so it is not an additional charge if you proceed.
Does skin tone change the price?
No. Plexr Plus is documented as safe across all six Fitzpatrick skin types, and we treat every skin tone year-round. Deeper skin tones receive specific protocol modification and slower titration as a matter of clinical technique, at no difference in cost.
Which areas give the best value?
The eyelids, consistently. It is the most clinically validated plasma application, the results are long-lasting, and the price difference against surgery is the widest of any area we treat.
